Who We Are

Current Campaigns and Goals

Check out what we’ve done so far under “Our Accomplishments.” These are some of the things we are working on currently.

Heat Pump Campaign

Electric heat pumps can be efficient ways to heat homes and reduce fossil fuel consumption. We’ve partnered with local providers to help Chatham residents learn more.

Conducting Municipal Fleet Inventory

We are taking stock of our municipal fleet, setting a baseline record for mileage and MPG to track and improve going forward.

Chatham: Go Electric! Campaign

If you have a new electric vehicle purchased after February 1, 2024, you can help the Town of Chatham receive $5,000 in grant funds from NYSERDA for its own green energy projects including more infrastructure to support local vehicles!
